- RefToMovieName: fix dot-separated movie names. thx to Einfall
- show DVB-Pics in timerlist for recordtimer (works only if current skin contains dvb-pictures: ico_dvb_s-fs8.png, ico_dvb_c-fs8.png, ico_dvb_t-fs8.png and ico_service_group-fs8.png)
- AddonManager: font and clip adaptions for Full-HD skins...
- follow fix for FHD: timer icons are now in the middle of the rect (valid for all resolutions, because the top value was 0 before, and icon size is hardcoded to 21x21)
